摘要 目的了解去甲肾上腺素对肾脏血流影响的研究现状。方法查阅近年来国内外相关文献加以综合分析。结果去甲肾上腺素对肾脏血流影响存在多样性。结论去甲肾上腺素的正确使用对肾脏血流是有益的。 Objective To know the studied conditions at present on effect of noradrenaline on the renal perfusion.Methods The relative articles home and abroad on the recent years were searched and analyzed comprehensively.Results The effects of noradrenaline on renal perfusion was various.Conclusion The noradrenaline,Which be properly used,can improve the renal perfusion.
