新疆地区的经济发展以其地缘、资源以及人文历史等方面的特殊性,对整个中国经济社会发展和增强中华民族凝聚力上都具有重要意义。少数民族地区的经济发展必须有大量的少数民族企业的发展,这样才能缩小少数民族与主体民族之间在社会经济、居民收入与生活水平等方面的差距,才能维护民族团结和国家稳定,提高国家的综合国力。本文对新疆少数民族企业在现代企业制度的建立及实际操作等方面进行了探索性的论述,以期探求新疆少数民族企业得以发展的新思路。

The economic development in xinjiang,with the specific characteristics of the geographic position,the natural resourses and the human history,plays an important role in the social and econamic development across the country and the reinforcement of the explorary demonstration has been made on the establishment of the system for the modern business in the minority enterprise and its operation and management in practice.We hope to explore a new thinking which makes the minority enterprise develop more rapidly in xinjiang.
