摘要
本文对我国机车与德国高速动力车轮轨几何关系中的基本参数作了比较,结合我国实际情况,确定了我国高速动力车的轮轨匹配基准。在此基础上,按照磨耗型踏面设计原则,编制了踏面设计程序,设计了大量踏面外形,并用轮轨接触几何关系程序作了计算和分析。结合高速动力车整体性能,选择了一种等效斜度特性合理、轮轨接触状况优良、对轨底坡适应性较强的踏面,作为我国高速动力车车轮的磨耗型踏面。
In this paper,the basic wheel/rail geometric parameters for the locomotive in Chi-na and for the ICE high-speed power car in Germany are compared.In consideration of theChinese railway,the basic wheel/rail contact geometric conditions are decided at first for thechinese high-speed power car. According to the design principle of profiled wheel treads, thetread profile program is designed to perform a lot of wheel profiles.Then the caculations andanalyses are made by using the wheel/rail contact geometric program.In combination with the performances of the chinese high-speed power car, we choose a profiled wheel treadwhich has reasonable effective conicity,good whee/rail contact conditions and strong suit-ability to the variation of the rail base inchnations.
