摘要
在SS_5型电力机车空转性能试验时发现,机车牵引时,各轴左右一系簧的变形量不相等。而按一般的轴重转移计算方法对其进行计算时,得不到上述结论。为此本文以SS_5型机车为例,从机车各零部件的受力分析入手,对电机空心轴架悬式两轴转向架机车的轴重转移问题进行了详细的分析,得到了与试验相同的结果。本文的分析方法可以应用于任何轴式及悬挂型式的机车轴重转移计算。计算表明,SS_5机车不仅有轴重转移,而且左右也会有轮重的重新分配。
The axle load transfer measurement results of SS_5 electric locomotive prototypeshows that the displacement of the first suspension in the right side is much differ from thaththe left side. This results can not be obtained by traditional axle load transfer calculationTnethods. Starting with the force analysis on parts of the locomotive,a new method to calculate axle load transfer of locomotives was discussed in the paper and the calculation formulaswere derived.Comparing the calculation results with the measurement results,the accuracyand the rightness of the new method were proved.The calculation results shows that SS_5electric locomotive not only has axle load transfer but also has load tranfer between rightwheel and left wheel.
