通过介绍锁相环的基本理论,然后基于芯片MB15E07,设计一种用于移频中继信道900-1500MHz的频率综合器,分析了MB15E07的工作特性和对环路相位噪声的抑制,给出了频率综合器的实测数据。

This paper first introduces the theory of the PLL. Then on the basis of the MB15E07 chip it designs a frequency synthesizer used in a shift frequency repeater channel with the frequency from 900MHz to 1500MHz. This paper also analyzes the performance characteristic of MB15E07 chip and the suppression of phase noise and offers the measurement results of the synthesizer.
