采用集成电路的有源功率因数校正器的设计

摘要 NCP1650集成芯片是由美国安森美(Onsemi)半导体公司生产的基于固定频率的平均电流式脉宽调制器,专门用于功率因数补偿电路。本文介绍了NCP1650芯片的外部引脚、内部电路及功能模块,并阐述了芯片的特点。根据NCP1650的特性给出了有源功率因数校正器的设计方法和具体的设计电路,并对外围电路的设计与计算进行了分析,最后给出了测试结果。 The NCP1650 is produced by Onsemi Semiconductor Company.The PWM is a fixed frequency, average current mode controller. It is specially used in Active Power Factor Correction (APFC). The exterior pin, interior function and circuit of NCP1650 IC are introduced. It's characters are refered. By the characters, the use of NCP1650 in Active Power Factor Correction (APFC) is mainly discussed. The idiographic design circuit is given. The design and calculate methods are analysed for the exterior circuit. The test result is presented at the end of this paper.
