摘要
目的:建立胃康灵胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用DikmaODSC18柱(250mm×4.6mm),流动相为甲醇水,流速为1.0mg/ml,检测波长为230nm。结果:芍药苷在0.2048～2.0480μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.93%。结论:此测定方法准确,重现性好,可作为制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective:To establish the HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Weikangling Capsule.Methods:The chromatographic conditions:the column is Dikma ODS C(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm),the mobile phase is methol-water, the detection wavelength is 230 nm and the column temperature is 25℃.Results:The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.204 8～2.048 0 μg. r=0.999 9. The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 99.3% with RSD 0.93%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and can be used as a determination method of paeoniflorin in Weikangling Capsule.
