摘要
目的:测定恋康颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:采用双波长薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:黄芪甲苷在1.020～5.100μg范围内,点样量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.66%,RSD为1.35%。结论:方法可靠,结果稳定,重现性好,可作为该产品中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of astragaloside in Liankang Granules.Methods:Dual wavelength TLC-scanning was used.Results:A good linearity was shown at the concentration of 1.020 μg to 5.100 μg of astragaloside(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 98.66%and the RSD was 1.35%.Conclusion:The method is reliable.The results are stable with a good repeatability and can be used for determination of astragaloside in Liankang Granules.
