摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法测定蔓荆子中木犀草素的含量。方法:采用ShimadzuC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇0.2%H3PO4溶液(50∶50),流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长254nm,柱温室温,用外标法定量,测定蔓荆子中木犀草素的含量。结果:木犀草素的线性范围0.0325~0.39μg,r=0.9999,回收率101.13%,RSD2.13%。结论:该方法简便,快速,线性关系良好,可用于蔓荆子木犀草素的含量测定。
Objective:The purpose is to determine the content of luteolin from seeds of Vitex trifolia var. simplicifolia.Methods:The HPLC method was used.The analysis was carried out on Shimadzu C(18) column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was MeOH-0.2%H3PO4(50∶50).Flow-rate was 1.0 ml·min^(-1).Wave-length was 254 nm.Temperature was room temperature.Results:The method was simple and had a good linear relationship.The liner range of luteolin was (0.032 5)~0.39 μg and gave a correlation r of 0.999 9.The recovery was 101.13%.RSD was 2.13%.Conclusion: The method is easy to determine the content of luteolin from seeds of Vitex trifolia var. simplicifolia.
