摘要
目的:优化微波辐射法萃取姜花挥发油的提取工艺。方法:以挥发油的得率为指标,对萃取时间、萃取功率、萃取剂作L9(33)正交实验考察,确定了姜花挥发油最佳提取方案。结果:最佳提取工艺为萃取介质为正己烷,微波火势58%,微波辐射20min。结论:该优化工艺可行,提取率高。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of the essence oil of Hedychium coronarium with Microwave Method.Methods:Taking the content of the obtained rate of essence oil as observation index, we have studied the extraction processs by the L9(3~3) orthogonal design.Results:The best technology is 58% with n-hexane for 20 min respectively.Conclusion:The technology is scientific and useful and higher obtained rate.
