细胞电泳现象的图像处理方法

细胞图像的自动识别和计数,并非针对图像中所有细胞.文中给出的细胞电泳图像预处理方法,可以消除对检测无用的细胞和杂质.根据细胞电泳图像的特点,文中利用塔形层间映射,发展出一套跟踪细胞中心的算法,能够消除识别以后处于非连通域内的细胞,对识别结果进行有效的修正.

The automatic counting of cells in Dielectrophoresis is not aimed at all the cells. A method of pre-processing dielectrophoretic images'is given in this paper, which can remove useless cells and foreign matters. According to the features of the diclectrophoretic images, we develop an algorithm to trace cells' centers after mapping between hierarchical layers. By use of the algo- rithm, cells recognized in useless areas can be removed, so that the recognition result is effec- tively corrected.
