生物力学对动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响 被引量:2

摘要 动脉粥样硬化斑块的不稳定性,与其所受的生物力学环境直接相关。作用于斑块上的各外力,最后都导致斑块上的应力加大,使斑块发生形态改变。由于斑块内成分不同,各成分在同一外力下变形程度不一致,导致斑块裂隙出现,最后破裂,继发血栓形成。
