摘要
采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、访谈等方法对北京市竞技体育可持续发展战略进行研究,提出北京市竞技体育可持续发展战略的目标变竞技体育以“金牌”单极政治目标向满足社会等多极目标的发展战略;北京市竞技体育可持续发展战略的重点主要包括竞技体育人力资源建设,竞技体育的社会化、产业化、国际化,竞技体育管理体制的建设等;北京市竞技体育可持续发展的8项主要措施。
Through using the method of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,this paper made research on sustainable development strategy of competitive sports in Beijing,put forwarded that single target of political goal for gold medal should transfer to multi-target for social demand.The key point of sustainable development strategy in Beijing included the sports human resource construction,the socialization,industrialization and internationalization of competitive sports,the system of sports management construction.Based on it,8 measures for sustainable development of competitive sports in Beijing were put forwarded.
