新型三聚β肽对人肝癌细胞系迁移和侵袭能力的影响 被引量:2

Inhibitory effects of a novel trimeric of beta peptide (beta3) on migration and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells

摘要 在肿瘤侵袭转移过程中,肿瘤细胞首先脱离原位,与基底膜和细胞外基质中的大分子蛋白成分黏附,并激活与基质蛋白溶解相关的蛋白水解酶类如基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs),降解基底膜和细胞外基质,从而细胞移动并穿过基底膜和血管壁进入血液循环.在肿瘤细胞与细胞外基质的黏附过程中,整合蛋白起了非常重要的作用.
