摘要
提出了一种新型的传统机械水表的数字化设计思路———直读式水表及抄表系统,介绍了实现原理和实现方法。
The design concept of a novel digitizing method to ameliorate traditional mechanical water meters is proposed. It is called directly reading (water) meter and auto-reading system. The principle and method of implementation are introduced.
