对黄萎病不同抗性的棉花品种(系)的酯酶同工酶等电聚焦谱带分析 被引量:5

摘要 用注射法将黄萎病菌孢子接种到抗性不同的7个棉花品种(系)的茎中,利用等电聚焦电泳技术研究了供试材料接种后叶片的酯酶同工酶,结果表明,感病品系的酯酶同工酶谱与抗病品种(系)有明显差异,前者的主带比后者多2条。 Spore of Verticillium dahliae was injected into the stems of 7 cottonvarieties(strains)with different resistance to the disease.The este-rase isozymes in the leaves were studied with isoelectrofocusing techni-que.The results indicated that after inoculation there was differencebetween sensitive strains and resistant varieties(strains).The formerhad 2 bands more than of the latter.
