摘要
本文研究了用TiCl4-n-Buli催化剂、顺序加料方法合成含聚乙烯-乙两共聚物的嵌段共聚物,考察了聚合活性链的寿命及各种聚合条件对嵌段物收率及产物组成、结构的影响.用溶剂萃取法对所得产物进行了充分分离,并用多种方法证明所得产物为聚乙烯-己丙共聚物二嵌段共聚物与聚乙烯、乙丙共聚物的混合物,其中嵌段物的含量为7%~30%.对嵌段物的结构、性能用DSC、X-射线衍射等方法作了初步研究.
An A -B type block copolymer with polyethylene block and ethylene-propylenecopolymer block was synthesized by a TiCl_4/n-BuLl catalyst through monomer switching.The life time of propagation chains and the effects of polymerization conditions on the yieldand atructure of block copolymer were studied.The polymerization product is composed of7% ~30% of block copolymer.as well as ethylene-propylene random copolymer andpolyethylene, a. proved by solvent extraction. The atructure and properties of the blockcopolymer were investigated by DSC, X-ray diffraction and other methods.,
