摘要
本文讨论了乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯在环乙烷、叔丁醇溶剂体系中进行溶液共聚合时,聚合条件对乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)结构的影响.并把此EVA样品作为原油降凝剂用于任丘、大庆原油的降凝,研究了EVA的结构与降凝降粘效果的关系,从而筛选出一种适用于任丘原油的EVA降凝剂,能使任丘原油的凝固点下降21℃,粘皮下降93%.
This paper introduced the effect of polymerization conditions on poly(ethylene-vinylacetate)(EVA)structures when ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymerized in cyclohexaneor tert-butyl alcohol as solvents,studied the relationship between EVA structures and theperformance of pour-point depression and fluidity improvement when these EVA samples200 ppm were added to RENQIU crude oil, and found that pour-point of thus treated oilwas decreased from 34℃ to 13C,viscosity from 5425MPa. s to 424 MPa.s at 20℃ and59.7s ̄(-1).
