摘要
本文用自旋捕捉法对叶绿素衍生物(CPD)的光敏反应进行了电子自族共振波谱(ESR)的研究.以2-亚硝基特丁烷(NtB)作为自旋捕捉剂,得到CPD光敏反应的ESR信号,并用超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和甘露醇等清除剂作清除作用的研究,表明CPD在光敏反应中生成了超氧阴离子自由基(O)和羟自由基(OH)。对其ESR波谱进行了计算机模拟及谱图解析,进而证实了这些自由基的产生和各种自由基之间的关系。为叶绿素衍生物在恶性肿瘤的光动力治疗中的作用机制提供了理论基础。
By means of ESR,the photosensitization of CPD has been studied. By using NtB as a spin trap,the ESR spectra has been obtained.It is shown that O2 and OH has beenproduced in photosensitive reaction of CPD through scaveng of SOD and mannitol.The ESR spectra has been simulated by computer program. The principle of photosensitization of CPD and the relativity of different free radicals have been discussed.This study suggested a photosedsitive theory that CPD can be used in treatment of the cancer.
