摘要
本文通过考察电阻率与V2O3体积分数的关系。研究了V2O3/聚合物复合材料的导电特征。采用GEM方程对实验数据进行计算机拟合,结合电镜照片详细地分析了拟合参数Φc,t及LΦ,Lf的物理含义。研究发现,随着填料粒径、基体种类和复合方式的不同,临界体积分数Φc便不同,GEM方程能够准确地描述该复合材料电阻率与V2O3体积分数的关系,其中参数LΦ,和Lf具有非常特定的物理意义,它们分别由导电填料(V2O3)和聚合物基体的几何特征、取向状态和配置方式决定,而Φc、t则是导电填料和基体互相作用的综合反映。
The electrical conductivity of v2o3-polymer composites were studied by examining the dependence of resistivity(conductivity)on the volume fraction of v2o3.The experimental data(ρm vs Φ)were fitted using computer to GEM equation to a satisfactory accuracy. The critical volume fration Φ c and other parameters,t,σh and σ1 evaluted by fitting,and LΦ and Lf,calculated after fitting were analysed by taking into account the geometry,the orientation and the arrangement of two components.The physical meanings of LΦ,Lf and t were further illustrated on the basis of their definitions.
