合金元素对球铁焊接接头白口倾向的影响

摘要 通过改变焊条药皮成分,系统地研究了C、Al、Si、Bi对球铁焊接接头半熔化区白口宽度的影响。研究结果表明,在一定范围内增加焊缝中C、Al、Si或Bi的含量,有利于减少半熔化区白口的宽度,若将适量的上述元素同时加入,则白口宽度可降至1.8mm。由此可见,在球铁焊缝中加入适量的多元合金元素,是降低半熔化区白口宽度、改善焊接接头加工性能的重要途径。 The effects of C?Al?Si?Bi on semi-molten zone chill width of nodular iron welding joint were systematically studied by changing the composition of electrode coating.It was found that increasing the content of C?Al?Si or Bi in a given range was of great benefit to reduce the width of semi-molten zone chill,while adding above-mentioned element in proper quantities at the same time,the width of the chill can be reduced to 1.8 mm. Results indicated that adding multiple alloy elements is an important approach to reduce width of semimolten zone chill and improve machining performance of welding joint.
