摘要
钢球锈蚀试验(BRT)代替程序MSⅡD发动机台架试验,主要用来评价汽油机油的抗腐蚀和锈蚀能力。本文等效采用了ASTMD6557方法,对影响BRT试验结果的添加剂及ⅡD发动机台架试验通过油和失败油进行了试验。试验表明,BRT试验能够较好地区分不同碱值的油品及添加剂,并能较好地区分ⅡD发动机台架试验的通过油和失败油,可投入正常的评定工作。
Ball rust test(BRT) replaces MS ⅡD engine bench test to evaluate corrosion resistance of engine oil. Equivalent to ASTM D6557 method,experiments on additives influencing BRT results as well as oils passed or unpassed in ⅡD engine bench test were carried out.Results shown that BRT can differentiate oils and additives with different base number,and can differentiate the oils passed and unpassed inⅡD engine bench test.
