镇海电厂余热锅炉烟气挡板的改造

The reconstruction of HRSG's diverter damper in Zhenhai Power Co.

本文着重介绍了镇海联合发电有限责任公司300MW燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组余热锅炉烟气挡板改造,以及基于北京ABB贝利公司ConductorNT系统建立的烟气挡板程序控制系统方案的组态和投运情况。在锅炉DCS改造中把烟气挡板程控系统纳入了ConductorNT,通过改造降低了故障率,提高了烟气挡板控制系统的可靠性。

The article introduces the reconstruction of the HRSG's diverter damper of Zhejiang Zhenhai 300MW gas-steam combined cycle power generation plant.The programmable control system of diverter damper is configured based on ABB Beijing Conductor NT system and runs well .It bring the programmable comtrol system of diverter damper into the Conductor NT during the reconstruction of HRSG's DCS,it depresses the rate of failure through the resconstruction ,enhances the dependability of the control system of diverter damper.
