高等教育管理理念的发展关系到整个高等教育的发展水平.对此,首先对理性主义主导下的高等教育管理作了系统的回顾,然后就新时期如何树立以人为本的高等教育管理理念,从其必要性、理论与实践等方面做了初步探讨.

The development of high educational management idea relates to the developmental level of high education. The paper discusses two points. One is the review of high educational management idea leaded by rationalism. The second probes into how to establish the idea of high educational management leaded by humanism, and discusses the necessity, theory and practice of the high educational management idea in the new period.
