摘要
本文分别从理论及试验两方面研究了结构参数可控的锥形挤压油膜阻尼器对柔性转子系统的振动进行分段控制的可能性及控制效果。结果说明了,只要对阻尼器的油膜间隙进行几次简单的切换,不仅可以控制转子系统的振动及外传力,而且还可以使转子避免在具有极大振动及外传力为特征的双稳态区工作。
This paper presents a spectisl structure of squeeze film damper,i. e.,controlled parametersconical squeeze film damper(CSFD),which makes it possible to control the behaviors ofconventional squeeze film damper by adjusting the fadial clearance. The effectiveness of on-offcontrol on the vibration of a flexible rotor system by CSFD's is studied both experimentally andtheorerically. It is Shown that the on-off control for the rotor system by simply switching the radialclearance of CSFD's not only can control the vibration amplitudes of the flexible rotor sysrem andthe transmitted force in both the lower modal and the high modal, but also can make the rotor systemavoid to operate in the bistable operation speed range characterized by the high vibration amplitudesand transmitted force. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.
