政府在社会主义市场经济条件下有什么作用,又如何发挥作用,是经济学和政治学研究的重要课题。在完善社会主义市场经济体制阶段,我国政府应当发挥宏观经济调控、维护市场规则、提供社会服务和对国有资产进行有效管理等经济作用。

<Abstrcat>What functions does the government have under the condition of socialist market economy and how to bring its functions into full play? That is the important task of economics and politics study. This paper explain in a deep-going and systemic way on how our government gives full scope to its economic functions, such as its macro-economic control, defending market regulations, providing social services and efficient management of state-owned assets at the stage of perfecting socialist market economy system.
