易水解荧光颜料包覆的研究

摘要 实验用有机硅KH570对荧光粉进行二氧化硅包覆以改善其耐水性,在包覆量为3%时得到由致密二氧化硅薄层包覆的产品,铝酸锶的耐水性有很大提高,原样在1.5h内完全水解,而包覆产品在300h内无水解现象,而包覆后对颜料的荧光性能影响很小,荧光强度降低在5%以下,不影响荧光粉的使用。 The encapsulation on SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+)phosphors was studied by coating silicane coupling agent - KH570 onto phosphors' surface and turned it into SiO_2 thin film by heating. The measurement results of FL?SEM and TEM showed that the encapsulation film is integrity enough as well as dense. The measurement results of water-resistance and luminescent properties indicated that the encapsulated SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+), Dy^(3+) phosphors have better water-resistance performance, and still keep good persistent photoluminescent properties.
