基于人口老龄化的日本养老金调整机制分析

虽然已经建立了比较成熟的社会保障体系,但是日趋严重的人口老龄化给日本的社会保障体系带来了巨大的冲击。在生育水平下降以及人口寿命延长的老龄化背景下,日本对养老金制度根据经济和人口数据进行养老金财政体系设计进行了多次改革。日本养老金制度改革对我国养老保险制度改革具有一定的借鉴意义。

Although Japanese social security system is so soundly, aging population make a struck on it. With the descending of fertility and the lengthening of life expectancy, Japan has carried out reform of social security systems. The key point of this reform is to adjust the contribution and benefit of pension. It assures not only the balance of the contribution and benefit, but also required economics security of the old people. The reform of Japanese social security system designed financial system with the economy and population data. Accordingly, it has some reference meaning to the reform of social security system in our country.
