摘要
本文提出一种基于正态分布理论的绩效评价方法,目的是能够更加科学的对科室绩效进行客观描述和评估。该方法不但能够衡量科室的总体绩效差异,同时还可以考核单项指标绩效;不但可以发现科室之间的整体绩效差异,还可以清晰指出差异的具体体现,为医院提高管理效率和强化管理质量提供方向和技术支持。
The author put forward a method of appraising performance based on theory of normal school, it can describe and evaluate performance of department objectively and scientifically. The method can not only scale the difference of total performance between departments, but check single index, can not only find out the difference of total performance between departments, but point out the detail clearly. It can give technological support for improving benefit management and enforcing management quality.
