病例分型医疗质量管理考评标准制订与应用

Working Out and Applying the Testing Standards for Quality of Medical Services by Case Variety

目的:制定科学、合理的医院临床科室医疗质量管理考评标准。方法:在专家咨询的基础上,构建病例分型医疗质量评价指标体系;收集某三级甲等医院2000年1月1日至2004年12月31日134613份病案,采用《医院病例分型质量费用管理系统》、Foxpro6.0和SAS6.12软件,制订24个临床科室各指标标准值和实际值,并按照考评标准,对各临床科室医疗质量进行描述性统计分析。结果与讨论:评价结果与医院实际情况相吻合,所得结论可以进一步推广应用。

Objective:To work out scientific and reasonable testing standards for quality of medical service.Methods:On the base of specialists consultation,this paper constructs the system of medical quality evaluation bycase variety and collects 134613 cases between Jan 1st 2000 and Dec 3lst 2004 from the Class A tertiaryhospital,constituting reference value of guide lines for quality of medical service and basing on which tocarry out descriptive statistical analysis for 24 clinical departments.Results and conclusions:Testing re-sults were coincident with practical conditions of medical service and worth being further extended.
