本文以军事斗争准备为主线,根据现代高技术局部战争的特点及新时期卫勤保障模式的转变,指出当前野战护理所面临的严峻挑战和亟待解决的问题,阐明了改革和发展野战护理的重要性和迫切性,提出军队护理人员要适应新时期军事斗争需要,更新观念,以现代战争卫勤保障的发展趋势为立足点,研究发展现代野战护理技术和装备,加快野战护理技术训练,提高野战护理质量,要加强新形势下军队医院战时护理工作的系统研究,建立系统、规范、科学的战时护理工作体系,使野战护理向系统化、现代化、科学化的方向发展。

The clue to this article is the preparation of military affairs. According to the characteristics of high technical local war and the changes of sanitary service pattern in new period, the author pointed out the challenges and difficulties that face the military nursing, expounded the importance and urgency of reform and development in military nursing. The author put forward view points as military nurses should adapt to the demands of military affairs of the period and renew their conceptions. They should base the trend of modern military sanitary service, research and develop the technique and equipments of modern military nursing, accelerate the training of military nursing, and improve its quality. The military nurses should reinforce the systematic research of the military nursing, establish systematic standard and scientific system of military nursing. Then the military nursing will be more systematic modernistic and scientific.
