摘要
本文应用POLYFLOW软件,选用三维非等温、Cross模型,对高聚物熔体在双螺杆挤出机不同导程螺纹元件中的流动和混合过程进行了数值模拟,并用示踪粒子法研究了不同颜色粒子流线、流迹和停留时间、剪切速率、剪切应力、拉伸速率的分布。根据实验显示的各组数值,对该种元件在不同导程下的混合性能进行了量化分析对比,并得出结论。
This paper adopted POLYFLOW soft ware, used three dimension non constant temperature,Cross mold, simulated the flow and blended process values of high polymer melt in the twin screw ex-truder at the different guiding screw thread component, by indicated tracing particle manner to studythe varied color particle flown line、flow trace and settle time、shearing rate、shearing stress andthe tensile speed distribution. Based on the experiment it shown the value of each group, and carried outthe figure analysis and comparison at different guiding rout and given the result.
