摘要 以壳聚糖、丙烯酰胺和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为原料,选择过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原体系为引发剂,合成出壳聚糖改性脱色絮凝剂.红外色谱图表征了聚合物的结构;确定了最佳的合成工艺:m(壳聚糖)∶m(AM)∶m(DMDAAC)=1∶10∶1,反应温度55℃,引发剂用量为体系量的0.05%;对壳聚糖改性聚合物的脱色絮凝性能进行研究,其对印染废水色度去除率达到96.0%,CODCr去除率达到86.5%. Chitosan was grafted with acrylamide (AM) and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and polymerized in water with ammonium persulfate / sodium hydrosulfite redox system to give modified chitosan flocculant for decoloration. The polymer structure was demonstrated with IR spectrometry. The optimal conditions for the synthesis were: m(chitosan)∶m(AM)∶m(DMDAAC)=1∶10∶1, reaction temp. 55 ℃, and initiator amt. 0.05% (based on wt of reaction media). The properties of the polymer were researched to find that the color removal ratio from dyeing and printing wastewater was ca 96.0% and CODCr removal ratio ca 86.5%.
