摘要
用乳液聚合法,对氨基改性有机硅乳液进行聚醚改性.用共聚法制得了淡黄色半透明或透明的阴离子有机硅乳液,该乳液粘度适中,pH为中性.讨论了各种因素对乳液聚合的影响.应用性能测试结果表明:该柔软剂稳定性好、亲水性优异,是1种亲水性能优越的有机硅柔软剂.
Amino-modified silicone emulsion was further modified with polyethers by emulsion co-polymerization. A yellowish translucent or transparent anionic silicone emulsion with medium viscosity and neutral pH value was obtained. The influence of the various factors on the emulsion polymerization was discussed. The application property test showed that the softener had good stability and excellent hydrophilicity, and was a silicone softener having excellent properties.
