经济法调整对象的界定一直存在理论分歧。中国当代经济法是转轨时期的经济法,与过去及未来的经济法不同。明确国家的经济职能,尤其是现阶段国家的经济职能,对恰当界定经济法的调整对象具有重要意义。

Theoretical controversies have existed on the definition of regulatory object of economic law. The contemporary economic law of China, in the social system transformation period, is quite different from the past and future ones. The denotation of the economical function of the state, especially the present function, is significant to the definition of the object of economic law.
