摘要
面临“新”社会的巨大冲击,欧洲人提出了建构学习社会的对策,而终身学习机制的建立则是学习社会建构的核心问题。相关指标的确立是实施各种终身学习策略的重要工具。欧盟的终身学习质量指标涵盖了四个领域共15项指标,这些指标在开发过程、内容选择和应用能力等方面对我国建构终身学习指标体系有着重要启示。
In order to reply to the impacts of 'new' society on Europe,the European proposed the counter- measure of constructing learning society. Lifelong learning is the core issue of constructing learning society. It is necessary to develop a set of indicators of lifelong learning to implement various strategies. Europe quality indicators of lifelong learning includes four areas and fifteen items. We can draw many enlightenments from European experience in the development process,content choice and application ability when we develop the indicators of lifelong learning in our country.
