摘要
在科学主义与人文主义思潮对立的背景下,西方教育管理理论以独特方式做出自己的选择,这主要体现在“理论运动”学派和现象学学派之间的分歧与对话上,这对今天我们继续思考教育管理理论的许多问题提供了启示。
under the antithesis background of the Scientificism and the Humanism,the theory of educational administration has made its choice in the special way,which embodies in the difference and dialogue between 'Theory Movement ' school and Phenomenology school. That gives us much enlightenment to go on thinking the problems in theories of educational administration.
