摘要
孙慎初先生采用中医中药治疗重症肌无力,将此病分为眼肌型和全身型两类,眼肌型主要是中气不足,治疗以补中益气为主,全身型属肺、脾、肾三脏虚损,治疗重在补中益气,兼补肺肾。
This article presents Dr Sun Shenchu's experience in the treatment of myasthenia gravis. Asthenia of musculi oculi is caused by spleen-qi deficiency and treated by supplementing spleen and stomach qi; asthenia of general muscles is caused by lung and spleen and kidney insufficiency and treated by nourishing spleen and lung and kidney.
