Urban Sustainable Land-use Change and Impact Assessment Model

土地可持续利用研究日益成为土地科学的研究热点,城市土地可持续利用问题也越来越受到人们的关注。本文通过土地可持续利用研究的内容、基本特点及方法的讨论,简单介绍土地利用演化及影响评价模型(LEAM)的基本原理、方法及其优点,认为应加强对环境、社会经济因素、城市土地利用变化和环境影响之间的内在联系的认识和探讨,将生态系统中的新理论、新工具、新的研究方法应用于城市生态模型建立中,有利于深化我们对城市土地利用变化的理解和认识。

The study of sustainable land-use has been a hotspot in the field of land science. And more and more pay attention to the questions of urban sustainable land-use. By the discussion, of the study of sustainable land-use’s content, basic characteristics and method, this paper in- troduces briefly the basic principle, method and advantage of the Land Evolution and Assess- ment Model (LEAM). The author believes that we should improve the realizations and discus- sions of the inner relationships among the environment, social economic factor, urban land-use changing and environmental impact. And we should apply new theories, new tools and new research approaches in the urban eco- logical models. This will help us to realize and understand the dynamic changes of the urban environment.
