摘要
为了提高硫系正极材料的放电容量和循环性能,对硫与聚合物脱氢硫化反应进行了研究。硫与聚氯乙烯(PVC)通过机械研磨和溶液混合进行反应前混合,通过循环伏安、交流阻抗和电池性能对比,对材料的电化学性能进行了分析,溶液混合所得材料的放电容量达到了572mAh/g,循环性能有明显的改善;通过傅立叶变换红外衍射(FT-IR)和元素分析得知,溶液混合方法得到的材料中有S-C键存在,由此得出不同的混合方法对硫系材料的结构和特性有影响。
In order to improve the specific capacity and cycling performance of sulfur positive materials, the reaction of sulfur and polymer were studied. Sulfur and PVC were mixed by ball-milling and solution before reaction. Using cyclic voltammetry(CV), AC impedance(EIS) and the performance comparison, the capability of materials was analyzed. The special capacity and cycling performance of the material by solution was better than that of material made by ball-milling when their composition was same. By Fourier Transform infrared (FTIR) and element analysis, it was found that there was S-C bond in the material by solution. The reason indicated that, different mixing methods influence the structure and property of material.
