煤等离子热解制乙炔反应器可用能利用研究 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了煤等离子热解制乙炔的工艺过程及煤等离子热解制乙炔反应器装置的结构形式。通过对煤等离子热解反应器系统的热力学分析,得出了该反应器系统的分析模型,分析了(火用)损失产生的原因,提出降低损失的措施。改进后的反应器系统采用淬冷器、换热器的多级热传递及原料的预热等热量利用方式。实验结果表明,改进后的反应器系统的炯损失由改进前的591.4 kJ/kg-coal 下降为448.0 kJ/kg-coal,减少了24.2%。 The technology procedure of acetylene production from coal in thermal plasma reactor and its experimental flow chart were given. By the thermodynamic analysis of thermal plasma reactor for acetylene production from coal, the exergy loss model of this reactor system was obtained. Some measures of reducing the loss were mentioned. The multiple heat exchangers, made up of quick cooler and exchanger, and the preheater of reactant were adopted in improved system. The experimental results showed that the exergy loss after improved was 448.0 kJ/kg-coal and decreased by 24.2% comparing with the unimproved exergy loss 591.4 kJ/kg-coal.
