摘要
目的介绍一种关节镜下修复前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤的手术方法。方法关节镜探查膝关节、修整ACL残端,使用自制钩针和缝合针,双向“U”形缝合ACL断端,缝线经胫骨结节前骨隧道固定ACL于胫骨端止点。结果本组平均随访35个月,优良率为79%;平均康复时间8周。结论本手术方法使用器械简单、操作简便、省时有效,是一种损伤小、便于推广的ACL损伤修复方法。
Objective To introduce an operative method for the repair of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL).Methods Knee joint was examined with arthroscopy and the remanant end of ACL was repaired. Then self-made hook-pin and sutural pin were used to suture the ACL by bidirectional ‘U’ shape suturation. The silk was fixed on the end point of tibia through anterior tunnel of tibial tuberosity. Results The patients were followed up for 35 months on the average, and the fineness rate was 79%. The average rehabilitative time was 8 weeks.Conclusion The method was simple, effective and convenient, and only took a short time. This was a easy to spread method of minor injury for the repair of ACL.
