构建社会主义和谐社会是一项复杂的系统工程,其中一个重要的方面就是处理好行政管理与社会自我管理的关系,打造社会管理新格局。随着社会治理模式的转变,行政管理与社会自我管理关系也日益凸显。但是目前我们在很大程度上还沿用着过去以行政管理为主导的社会管理体制,这实际上同经济社会发展是不相适应的,如何寻求二者之间的良性互动对于构建和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。那么政府在处理二者之间的关系上应该具有何种应然理念,选择何种模式是重要的主导因素。

Constructing the harmonious society is a system project,and how to deal with the relation of the public administration and social self-management is an importment part.With the transformatin of the social governance,the relative of the public administration and social self-management become more and more importment,but now we still use the past management of society,so this is not harmonious with the development of the ecnomics.So how to find an harmonious way to deal with the relatives is an importmant problem.And the public administration must change itself.
