邓小平同志在探索社会主义建设道路的过程中,用发展作为解决民族问题的基点;用改革开放作为解决少数民族地区落后状况的途径;用“两个大局”的战略思想作为解决少数民族地区和发达地区差距的方针,开辟了民族理论的新境界,具有鲜明的时代特色和强烈的现实价值。
In exploring the process of building socialism Deng Xiaoping uses development as the basic point to solve national problem, uses reform and openness as the way to improve backwardness of minority areas, uses the strategy of two major situations as the policy to shorten the difference between minority areas and advanced districts, and opens up new world of national theory, which has striking era features and practical value.
