摘要
黔西南州地处贵州西南部,广西、云南交界处,独特的地理环境决定聚居在这里的各民族独特的生活方式,传承着独特的健身娱乐项目。而这些传统的体育项目对各年龄段人群的身心健康起着一定的积极作用,由于这些项目通俗易懂,经济而又不受场地所限,具有广泛的群众性,特别对于一些经济文化相对落后的地区具有较高的适用性。
In Qianxinan prefecture still existing some unique body-building and recreational sports items, which play an active part in people's heath and are very easy for people of different ages to practise.
