忧患意识:《格列佛游记》主题探析

Suffering Consciousness:the Analysis on the Theme of Gulliver's Travels

忧患是东西方共有的文学主题。然而西方文学的忧患上升到了行而上的哲学高度,属于集体无意识的范畴。格列佛正是这种集体无意识忧患的代表。本文以《格列佛游记》为代表,从作家的创作背景、主人公的性格发展过程及心理学的角度剖析了由于人性堕落、道德堕落等原因所引发的忧患意识,即一种主动透过人类生活表层的和谐而探寻到其内在的不和谐、不完满,进而向更高层的和谐、完满迈进,这种忧患意识是文学的永恒主题。

Suffering is the theme of literature.However,the suffering of the western literature has gone up to be a philosophy altitude,belonging to the category of the unconscious collective.Gulliver's Travels is one of the representatives,which is analyzed from the writing background,the psychology and the character's development of the hero.The conclusion is drawn that suffering consciousness is the eternal theme of literature.
