脉搏血氧监测仪在胸腔手术中的应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF PULSE BLOOD OXYGEN MONTOR FOR THORACIC SURGERY

应用芬兰产（ＯＣＰ－２００）型脉搏血氧监测仪全程监测胸腔手术病人３０例，观察围手术期的动脉血氧饱和度（ＳｐＯ＿２）的变化．结果表明：气管插管前后ＳｐＯ＿２无显著性差异，表明大多数病人诱导前充分去氮供氧，插管顺利者，均无缺氧表现。而拔管期ＳｐＯ＿２的改变有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），表明气管导管拔出后病人都存在不同程度的低氧血症，应严格掌握拔管指征，并及时供氧。

In order to observe lhe Changes of arterial blood SpO_2 during the Chest Operation,SpO_2 of 30patients were measured by using“OSP-200”pulse Blood Oxygen monitor made in Finland,theresutls showed that there were no significant changes before and aner intratracheal intubation,there were no signs and symptoms of hypoxxia condition of smooth intratnacheal intubation.nevertheless,there were signifiicant changes(P<0.01)in the blood oxygen saturation afterextubation.These results indicated that patients were to some extent in hypoxemia.Strictextubation indications and supplying oxygen were nessessary.
