摘要
合成一种热敏性水凝胶及两个重要单体,N-正丙基丙烯酰胺(NNPA)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA).测定单体的物理化学性质、元素组成和红外(IR)光谱。NNPA和NIPA的合成产率分别为6O%和72%,测定聚N-异基丙烯酰胺(PNIPA)水凝胶的溶胀性能,其溶胀和消溶胀过程是可逆和对温度敏感的。PNIPA热敏水凝胶的临界相变温度(或称低临界溶解温度LCST)为33~35℃,平衡溶胀比为25~30倍。
A kind of thermally sensitivehydrogels and two important monomers,N-n-propyl acrylamide(NNPA)and N-isopopyl acrylamide(NIPA),were synthesized.A 60%yield of NNPA and a 72% yield of NIPA wene obtained The two monomeric compounds were studied by elementalanalysis and their physicochemical properties The equilibrium swlling characteristics of the poly- N- isopropylacrylamide(PNIPA)hydrogel were determined,Its swelling and deswelling processes arethermally reversible,This thermally reversible gel has a phase transitiontemperature or a lower critical solution temperature(LCST)at the range of 33℃ to 35℃,Its swelling ratios around LCST are between 25to 30 times.
