富硒植物中硒化合物的提取和分析

STUDIES ON SELENIUM COMPOUNDS IN SOME SELENIUM-RICH PLANTS

探讨了若干富硒植物－黄芪，绞股蓝，油菜叶和籽，茶叶，烟叶，魔芋，大豆和螺旋藻中的若干植物有机硒。发现茶叶中存在着含硒茶多酚，绞股蓝和黄芪中存在着含硒皂甙，黄芪，魔芋和螺旋藻中存在着含硒多糖，还发现硒氨基酸和蛋白广泛存在于多种植物中．含硒量为１～１２μｇ／ｇ左右。提出了只用一种有机溶剂提取含硒茶多酚的方法和一种植物硒蛋白提取的方法－六偏磷酸纳－酶法。

Organic selenium compounds in some selenium-rich plants,such as astragalus,gynostemma,rape seed and leaves,tea,to bacco,amorphophallus,soybean and algae were studied,seleno-catechin was found to exist in tea,seleno-saponin in astragalus and synostemma and seleno-polysaccharides in astragalus,amorphophallus and algae It was also found that seleno-amino acids and seleno-proteins exist widely in many plants,the seleniun contents of which are in the range of 1～12μg/g.A method for exthection of seleno-catechin wiht the useof organic solvent,and anotber of seleno-proteins with the use of sodium polymetaphosphate-α-amylose,were estabilshed.
