摘要
利用层析法分别从浙江、湖南和安徽产银环蛇毒中纯化得到的K-神经毒素(Ⅵ1b和Ⅷ1a峰),分子量均为6500.两个K一神经毒素在浓度150nmol/L都能有效地阻断小鸡睫状神经节的烟碱传递,经2小时冲洗仍未见神经节传递功能的恢复。可以认为K一神经毒素是银环蛇蛇毒的基本成分。
Two Kappa-neurotoxins,peak Ⅵ 1b and peak Ⅷ 1a with a molecular weight of 6500dalton had been punfied frm Bungarus multicinctus Venom collected in Zhejiang、Hunan andAnhui pirovinces by chromatography. Both.K一NTs blocked the nicotinic transmission in the chick ciliary ganglion at a low concentration of 150nM,and no recovery was observed after 2houis' washing.It is concluded that Kappa一neurotoxinis are basic component of multicinctus venom.
